Cobalt-Chrome frameworks and bases  are designed to specifically suit your patients individual dentition and needs.

Made with a chrome cobalt nickel free alloy, chrome frameworks are great at adding strength and stability to dentures, as well as being lightweight and more hygienic to wear.

Chrome dentures can be designed to include tooth coloured resin clasps for increased aesthetic value.

Valplast dentures are made from a biocompatible, metal free, nonallergenic nylon material which provides the perfect degree of flexibility.

The flexibility of the material helps balance the stress load over the entire supporting ridge resulting in increased patient comfort.

The strong, durable denture snaps securely and comfortably into place around the patients natural teeth and gum whilst the colour of the base material and clasps blends in with the natural appearance of the gums so that the Valplast partial denture is almost invisible.

 Valplast is available in four natural tones: Pink, Light Pink, Meharry, and Light Meharry to match patients colouring.

All appliances can be registered with Valplast to access their 100% guarantee against base material fractures.

All ceramics restorations, including full crowns, inlays, onlays, and veneers, offer some of the most aesthetically pleasing results. This is due in large to being metal free. The absence of a metal layer allows these restorations to achieve better light transmission, giving a more natural appearance in both colour and translucency.

We offer both Zirconia and Emax all ceramic restorations.

Zirconia:

Offering high strength with high translucency zirconia is an excellent all ceramic restoration for your private patient. Zirconia crowns can be designed as full contour to offer strength or as a zirconia substructure with porcelain on top for amazing aesthetic results.

There are a variety of different Zirconia options available to choose from to match your patient’s needs. From High Translucency to High Strength, all our Zirconia restorations are available in 16 Vita Shades as well as in White or Bleach. 

All our milled Zirconia restorations carry the manufacturers 5 year guarantee against fracture.

Emax:

Made from lithium disilicate glass ceramic this material has been harvested for its translucent colour and durability. As a result, you get a restoration that is tough and durable with great natural aesthetics.  Again, crowns can also be designed as full contour or as a substructure with porcelain addition.

We offer both IPS Emax Press and IPS Emax CAD, allowing a range of restorations from thin veneers to bridges, with a variety of shade and translucency options.

Composite restorations are made using a light cured material which offers an excellent cosmetic option at an affordable price.

Ideal for tooth coloured inlays and onlays where direct restoration is difficult, an in lab composite can be placed to achieve a good marginal fit and natural aesthetics.

Full metal crowns are ideal for when a high strength restoration is needed, and is best used for posterior crowns or bridges, or on teeth that show coronal destruction due to caries or trauma.

Metal inlays, onlays, and three quarter crowns can also be constructed in alloy, along with gold or silver teeth for inclusion on removable appliances.

Precious, non-precious, and semi-precious alloys are available depending on desired appearance and placement.

Offering superb cosmetic results, we can construct veneers in various materials to suit the individual case, including Emax, Zirconia or porcelain.

Veneers can offer the perfect solution for patients who want to achieve that ‘Hollywood Smile’.

We manufacture a wide range of custom-made pressure formed appliances including soft BRAs, Essix Retainers, and Bleaching Trays.

Soft BRAs:

Soft Bite Raising Appliances are ideal for patients who suffer from bruxism or clenching. The soft splints are comfortable to wear and even out the pressure across the jaw, creating a physical barrier between the upper and lower teeth to protect them from further damage. They can also reduce any grinding noises made at night. Made in 3mm clear soft EVA as standard, a range of thicknesses and colours are available upon request.

Ortho/Essix Retainers:

These removable orthodontic retainers are ideal for patients who have completed orthodontic treatment and need to retain their perfect smile. A clear light removable guard that’s practically invisible once in situ, pressure formed to ensure a tight fit. 

Space maintaining retainers can also be made which include a tooth to fill the place of a missing tooth, giving both a functional appliance with added aesthetics.

Bleaching Trays:

Custom-made pressure formed trays to allow your patient to professionally whiten their teeth at home. Trays can be used with most gel systems for day and night time whitening. Made in 1.5mm soft clear EVA materials, trays can be made with or without reservoirs, and include scalloped margins for patient comfort.
